Items not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee will have special information on their respective product pages. Getting a Return Credit

We will process your refund promptly upon receipt of the returned product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that because we provide you with a prepaid shipping label, you will only receive a refund for the returned product itself (minus shipping costs). The time it takes for your refund to be credited depends on your financial institution's refund policy.
